This unique practice combines yoga, sound, and fragrance in collaboration with Inara Sense, a brand dedicated to creating olfactory experiences influenced by neuroscience and original sound meditations from renowned musicians.

✨ Inspired by the íkaros: Sacred songs of the Amazon, this session begins with a sound meditation paired with an alcohol-free aromatic oil featuring notes of basil, mapacho tobacco, and cypress.

🧘‍♀️ Through movement, breath, scent, and a binaural sound journey, you'll awaken confidence, authentic expression, and a deeper sense of presence within your body.
