Acro Dance Intensive

Join us for an exciting two-day event focused on blending acrobatics and contemporary dance! 🎭 This unique workshop series is designed for both professional dancers keen to explore circus techniques and circus artists eager to incorporate dance elements into their repertoire.

Explore essential aspects such as soft acrobatics, flexibility, body awareness, explosiveness, and improvisation. These workshops will provide a broad learning platform, diving into floor-based acrobatics and floorwork, while intertwining the nuances of contemporary dance and circus art. 🤸‍♀️

💰 Cost:

• 250 SEK for three workshops
• Free for members of Danscentrum Syd and Cirkus Syd (with a no-show fee of 400 SEK)

✈️ Travel Grants:
