NAMS 2026 Side Event: Vibecode the Newsroom
This event is only in person in Copenhagen. There will be no virtual option
Vibecoding, or no-code building, is the brand new practice of building applications with natural language instead of computer code. It’s democratizing building and removing tech bottlenecks, but it also threatens to upend a newsroom’s workflows, roles and even security. In this practical session, we’ll explore vibecoding in practice and theory and gain clarity on how to manage this revolution.
With Aida Kokanovic, Datajournalist & CEO at brAIght, Marie Gilot, Executive Director of J+ at the Newmark J-School at CUNY and Aldana Vales, Manager of the AI Journalism Labs at the Newmark J-School at CUNY
