RELEASE CLUB is a vibrant creative movement community for women in and around Caparica. Our inspiration stems from Dance Movement Therapy, cultivating creativity, play, and a sense of embodiment. Throughout the summer, we gather for workshops, community events, and deeper journeys of movement and self-discovery.
