• 12:00 PM: Steak Judges' Meeting
• 1:00 - 1:30 PM: Steak Turn In
• 2:00 PM: Rib Judges' Meeting
• 3:00 - 3:30 PM: Rib Turn In
• 5:00 PM: Awards 🍖🏆
