We are thrilled to invite you to the opening of “Abwesenheit”, a memorial exhibition celebrating the works of Spanish conceptual and multidisciplinary artist Chema Alvargonzalez. 🎨

Through an engaging blend of installation, photography, sculpture, light, and sound, this exhibition delves into the theme of absence as a dynamic form of presence, weaving together memories, traces, and fragmented narratives. Set in the artist’s former home and studio in Berlin, “Abwesenheit” reflects on concepts of time, legacy, and transformation, creating a dialogue between art, space, and imagination.

This event also commemorates the 20th anniversary of GlogauAIR.
