American Mahjongg — Open Play & Support Table

🀄 Join us for an exciting day of Mahjongg!

Due to the popularity of the event, registration is required.

🕐 Support Table (1:00 - 3:00): For those who have taken a lesson and want to play with an instructor overseeing the game. Fee: $5.

🃏 Drop-in Play (1:00 - 3:00): Open to all experienced players. Tables are labeled for All Levels and Mahj Mavens. While optional, a donation of $5 is encouraged to help defray event costs.

🎲 If you own a Mahjongg set, we encourage you to bring it along. Please also bring your 2026 NMJL card. Cards may be available for purchase at the museum's gift shop.

📍 Location: Capital Jewish Museum, 575 3rd St NW, Washington, DC 20001, USA. The museum is located one block from the Judiciary Square Metro station (Red line). Street parking is available, and a paid garage is located at 3rd and G Streets.

👥 You do not need to be a member of the museum to participate. Upon entering the building, you will be directed to the Nosh Pit, where you can purchase snacks and coffee while waiting for the games to begin.
