Come and immerse yourself in a 40-minute free session that introduces Animal Flow! Discover how human movement can be inspired by the amazing animals of Nevada’s natural environment. This session is perfect for all skill levels!

What to Expect:

• Learn about the concept of Animal Flow
• Experience foundational movement patterns linked to Nevada wildlife

After This Session:

Animal Flow will continue every Saturday at 2 PM starting August 15 — these sessions will require payment:

• Single Session: $20
• 5-Session Package: $85
• 10-Session Package: $150
