About Johanna Gonschorek:
Born in 1989, Johanna lives and works in Munich. With a background in fine arts, cultural sciences, and art pedagogy, her work is anchored in researching and revealing layers of perception. By engaging with everyday scenarios, public discourse, and historical contexts, she creates immersive, multi-layered artistic experiences. Her pieces often provide a rich terrain for viewers to navigate, promoting personal exploration alongside clear thematic references.
This residency is a collaboration between AHC, the Goethe-Institut Dänemark, and the Cultural Department of the City of Munich.
