ASCAB Capoeira Chico Batizado 2026

Join us for a memorable Batizado this year, as we celebrate not only 10 years of ASCAB Capoeira in Chico, but also a joint event with Capoeira Malês to honor all Capoeira students in the area!

🕒 Location: Movement Arts of Chico, 254 East First Street, Chico, CA 95928

Admission Fees:

• Existing Students: $125 early bird / $175 regular (includes test, cordão, batizado t-shirt, and workshops)
• Students (4-6 years): $100 early bird / $150 regular
• Visitors / Non-Testing Students: $100 early bird / $125 regular (includes batizado shirt and participation in rodas, workshops)
• $50/$75 regular (batizado shirt and rodas participation not included; workshops priced at $25 early bird / $30 regular)

• Thursday: Open roda and performance at farmers market 7:15 PM

• Saturday: 3:30 PM Batizado and Open Rodas, 6 PM Open Roda
