Workshop Program

- Introduction to Ayurveda (12:30 - 14:00): Learn about the three Doshas and discover your constitutional type.
- Ayurvedic Daily Routine (Dinacharya) (14:00 - 15:00): Master the art of Ayurvedic daily rituals for lasting balance.
- Asana Practice for Dosha Balance (15:00 - 16:00): Tailor your yoga practice to harmonize your constitution.
- Intro to Ayurvedic Herb & Teas (16:00 - 17:00): Integrate Ayurvedic herbs into your nutrition for vitality.
- Introduction to Mantra Yoga (17:00 - 18:00): Learn the art of Sanskrit mantras for restoring energy.
- Mantra Meditation & Pranayama (18:00 - 19:00): Guided meditation and breathing exercises to calm the mind.
- Integration & Closing (19:00 - 19:30): Develop a personal action plan with a Q&A and group meditation.
