BAD1 is a grassroots initiative designed to bring together founders, operators, investors, academia, corporates, and policymakers around one shared mission: making Berlin the best possible place to build and scale companies.
What started as a community-driven effort has quickly grown into a movement that is resonating across the ecosystem.

At The Delta Campus, we will bring together a curated group of top-tier participants from across the ecosystem for an in-person ideation workshop designed to transform community-generated input into clearly defined priority challenges and first actionable solutions.
This workshop builds on weeks of intense community engagement, where founders, operators, investors and policymakers discussed ideas across key ecosystem dimensions.
Together, we will:
Prioritize Berlin’s most pressing challenges
Build directly on the strongest ideas from the community
Define the priority themes that will shape the next phase of BAD1
