Workshop Breakdown:

🕒 Hour 1 - Solo Practice & Personal Technique
Dive into your own movement with intention! We’ll cover essential topics such as:

• Posture
• Balance
• Turns
• Styling
• Adding texture to your movement
  Learn to practice efficiently, enhancing your control, expression, and grounding, even when dancing solo.

🕒 Hour 2 - Partnered Application
We’ll translate those concepts into partnered movements and sequences, maintaining quality while being connected, responsive, and clear with your partner.
