Blue Lotus Ceremony

This evening is for women who feel tired, overwhelmed or disconnected —

and want to pause without needing to explain anything.
When your mind is full,

but you don’t want to analyse it anymore.
When something inside doesn’t feel right,

but words don’t help.
This is a space where nothing needs to be solved.
Through guided awareness, music and atmosphere,

we will slow down the body and the breath,
and bring attention back to simple sensations.
You’ll be offered blue lotus tea —

a gentle support that helps the body relax
and makes it easier to stay present.
You may leave with a quieter mind,

a calmer body,
and a clearer sense of how you feel.
This isn’t therapy.

It’s a guided experience.
If you feel ready to go deeper,

there will be a follow-up women’s circle.
