Book Club <The Savage Detectives>

Join us to read Roberto Bolaño's The Savage Detectives!
Bolaño is notoriously hard to summarize. His work is uncanny, unsettling, usually metafiction about literature, reading, and poetry all at once. It's hard to predict what it's really about. We just believe he's one of the greatest writers of our age, and you should find out for yourself.
Tentative Schedule:
August 16th: Chapter 5 (p. 206)
August 30th: Chapter 19 (p. 421)
September 13th: End of novel
