Caring for Our Tender Hearts
Half Day Insight Retreat
Join Mary Davis and Kitty Costello for an introspective journey at the SF Dharma Collective!
How do we bear the suffering of the world without getting overwhelmed, without collapsing? How do we keep our hearts soft in hard times? 🥺
The Buddha offered the 4 “Divine Abodes” as heavenly places for our hearts and minds to dwell—Lovingkindness, Compassion, Gladness, and Equanimity. We will explore these territories, honing in on compassion for ourselves as an essential support in caring for the world. 🌍
All are welcome to join, regardless of meditation experience!
