Join us for Chair Yoga, designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being! 🌟 Participate in-person or virtually on Zoom every 4th Wednesday of the month at 6 PM.

This session is open to patients and families and will take place at:

Enter through the main lobby; the meeting will be held in the Riverpark Room, accessible via the entrance behind the main lobby front desk.
