Chakra Alignment Sound Bath and Meditaion

Hey everyone, this event is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Through a guided meditation and a deeply restorative sound journey, we'll gently move through the seven chakra energy centers—inviting your body to soften, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to settle.

You don't need to know anything about chakras. You don't need to do anything. Simply come exactly as you are.

• A 75-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, gongs, crystal harp, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, and other healing instruments.
