Coffee & Lift Saturdays #15 — Women+ Gym Meetup

Join us for a supportive and empowering meetup designed for women+ who want to enhance their strength training journey!

How it works:

• We gather in front of 19grams Alex for a coffee and a chat.
• Enjoy a 25-minute walk together to get to know each other.
• Arrive at Evo Fitness Spittelmarkt where you can either work on your own program or partner up with someone for a workout.
• Prefer just the walk and coffee? That's perfectly fine too! The goal is to be surrounded by like-minded women who are eager to get stronger.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable shoes and your gym gear.
• Locks for storing your bags while training.

Important Notes:

• This is a women+ space, welcoming women, trans, non-binary, and gender-non-conforming individuals. Cis men are kindly asked to refrain from attending.
• The coffee and walk are free and open to everyone, but for the gym session, you will need access to Evo Fitness Spittelmarkt. Wellpass and Urban Sports Club (at least Classic) are also accepted.
• If you need a gym pass, just claim your spot, show up, and we will provide you with the sign-up link.
• Please arrive on time as we will start walking 10 minutes after the meetup time.
