For the first time ever in Lisbon, Collect LX Factory proudly presents a live performance by Convextion aka E.R.P. on July 18th.

Behind Convextion is Gerard Hanson, the elusive producer from Dallas, Texas, whose work has become a cornerstone of deep, atmospheric techno. Since his debut in 1995, Hanson has built a cult reputation through a unique sound that bridges the worlds of Detroit and Berlin, combining deepness, minimalism and soul into timeless electronic music.

Influenced by pioneers such as Juan Atkins, Derrick May and Carl Craig, Convextion's productions echo the spirit of Basic Channel and Chain Reaction while maintaining a distinctive identity that has inspired generations of listeners and producers alike.

Known for his rare appearances and carefully selected performances, Hanson has remained one of electronic music's most enigmatic figures for over three decades. His live sets are exceptional occasions, offering a rare opportunity to experience the depth and precision of his sound in its purest form.
