Connections Café

Join us for our free monthly café in Chingford, welcoming everyone in our community, especially those living with dementia, their families, and carers. Each month, from 11 AM to 12 noon on the second Monday, enjoy a variety of activities—from live singers to games—within a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
