Contact Improvisation dance - outdoors

Welcome to an invigorating Contact Improvisation dance session! This is a sober and drug-free event where everyone is invited to explore movement in a supportive environment.

📍 Location: At the lawn outside Riksdagen

🌀 Event Details:

• Entry Fee: Absolutely FREE!

⏳ Jam Structure:
Arrive at the lawn before the starting time for a guided intro and warm-up session, lasting around 1 to 1.5 hours. Experienced dancers are welcome to join at any time!

We'll kick off with solo dancing and contact exercises to reconnect with essential CI techniques, leading into an open jam where all forms of expression and movement are celebrated.

👣 What to Expect:
This event emphasizes listening to your body and remaining true to your movement in relation to your environment and other participants.

• Feel free to enjoy dancing, observing, or just being present in the space!
• You can enter or exit the dance at your discretion.
• To maintain a focused atmosphere, socializing will happen away from the group. If you need a break, please step to the side!
• Dress Comfortably: We dance barefoot, so wear something you feel good moving in!
