August is the time to reflect on the year so far and make time for what matters. How about lunch?

🍝 Ragu Bianco ($25)
Slow-cooked beef cheek braised in white wine with tagliatelle. Definitely better than tipo pasta, maybe even scarpetta (you tell me).

🍝 NC Carbonara ($24)
NO CREAM! Guanciale, pecorino, toasted black pepper, atas store pasta (sorry, not handmade).

🥪 CS Sando ($26)
Dry-brined ribeye tossed with caramelised onions, topped with seared gouda cheese and chimichurri on toasted brioche bread. Glazed miso butter cabbage served on the side.

🍵 "Lithuanian" Matcha ($5)
The actual reason Countertop began; matcha latte straight from the hands of someone back from Europe rediscovering her Singapore roots.

🍞 Pei Zhi's Banana Bread ($12)
Freshly baked banana bread from across the road, pan-toasted and topped with quality vanilla ice cream, caramel, grounded pistachio powder, and pecan nuts made by Pei Zhi with lurveeee.

Feel free to BYOB for additional drinks. 🍷

Choose a slot, grab a few friends, come early and stay late! Vinyl records will be spinning all afternoon long. 🎶
