Cyanotype Sun Printing Workshop · Mindful Art & Seasonal Reset (Central Lisbon)

If your head has been full and your calendar even fuller, this session is a deliberate pause. Spots are limited to 6 > this one fills up fast. We're using cyanotype sun printing, an old photographic process that runs on sunlight, as a hands-on way to slow down, get out of your head, and make something beautiful with your hands.
No experience needed. No artistic skill required. Just two hours in a small group, working with natural materials, light, and a process that literally asks you to wait and let go.

What actually happens
You'll arrange leaves, flowers, and shapes on light-sensitive paper, set it in the sun, and watch the chemistry do the rest. The result is a set of deep blue botanical prints, yours to take home. The session is facilitated from start to finish by Aida, with gentle reflective moments woven in to help the mental reset actually land, not just be a concept.
This is slow by design. That's the whole point.

Your host
Aida is the founder of Fluid Art and Wellness in Lisbon, clinical psychologist trained in art therapy. She has facilitated creative sessions in hospitals, expat communities, LGBTQIA+ spaces, and outdoor mindfulness settings. She creates genuinely inclusive spaces for people from all backgrounds.
