Join me for a slow and grounding Sunday evening designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset for the week ahead.
We’ll begin with a gentle yin yoga practice, holding poses for longer to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create space within. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, where the vibrations of sound support relaxation and stillness.
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer to gently stretch deep tissues and calm the nervous system.
Sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you rest while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations that help the body and mind unwind.
This session is suitable for all levels, including beginners. No previous experience is needed.
Come as you are, and give yourself time to slow down.

45 minutes of yin yoga
45 minutes of sound bath
time to arrive, settle, and gently close

Hi, I’m Karina, a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner trained in India and the UK. I create sound journeys and calm spaces in London that invite you to slow down, reconnect, and return to a place of stillness and balance within.
