Chef Madhur of Delhi Dally will present an authentic three-course Indian menu, celebrating regional flavours, vibrant spices, and traditional cooking techniques. Each course will be thoughtfully paired by Jared of Glorious Guzzles with exceptional wines from Moldova—one of Europe's most exciting yet undiscovered wine regions.
