Designers Meetup 🎨 #1

Tokyo hosts many meetups, but few casual ones tailored for designers! 👩‍💻🎨 Join us to create a relaxed atmosphere for designers to gather, share thoughts, and connect with fellow creatives.

🗓️ Event Details

Meet a diverse range of designers at a cozy bar in Shibuya. This is your opportunity to connect with individuals outside your usual workplace, engage in discussions about design work and careers, and network with those from various design fields.

Participants will be grouped and will change groups multiple times, ensuring you meet more people!

Expected Participants: UI/UX designers, product designers, web designers, graphic designers, brand designers, visual designers, freelance designers, design managers, students, portfolio builders, and job seekers in design.

Reception begins at 17:55 for a smooth check-in.

📌 Fees

• Advance Payment (via Stripe): 900 yen (Pay here)
  Priority given for attendance via Stripe payment, even if on the waitlist. Payment remains available until the event starts.
• Onsite Payment: 1000 yen (cash or PayPay)
  (One drink order is required at the bar. Enjoy delicious food while you're there! 🍽️)

⚠️ Notes

If you register but cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible. Failing to do so before the event may lead to prioritization of others for future events.

Priority attendance is for those who pay via Stripe or respond to DMs from the event host.

Please exit after the event for general customers. Staying is welcome if you order something.

In case of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided. No refunds are issued for participant cancellations.
