Designing AI for Everyday Decisions: Lessons from Real-World Contexts
Designing AI for Everyday Decisions 🤖🛒
Join us for an engaging interactive workshop focused on how AI can seamlessly integrate into our daily choices! In this session, we'll use grocery shopping as a practical case study. Explore how humans and AI can collaborate effectively amidst real-world constraints like time, budget, and attention.
During the workshop, participants will engage with actual customer research to dissect decision-making step-by-step. You’ll learn to identify what tasks AI should handle, what it should support, and what should remain in human hands. Together, we’ll discuss where AI can genuinely assist and where it might create obstacles.
Participants will walk away equipped with actionable strategies to create AI-human collaboration frameworks, defining roles, setting boundaries, and establishing trust in AI-driven experiences.
