Japanese-born with a background in French cuisine Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens in both Japan and France
His style is very refined, seasonal, and technique-driven At Mijoté, he creates an intimate tasting menu experience

Prix fixe is $84 (plus tax, tip mandate). Prepayment will be collected on May 4
