Born from attic jam sessions between childhood friends Andrew Pickel and Kevin Hinnefeld, Dizgo’s journey began with two guitars, a tape recorder, and a dream. The band’s name, inspired by a dream, reflects their cosmic, boundary-breaking sound.

Later joined by Jake Evatt on keys/vocals and Justin Clark on drums, this Bloomington-based quartet has evolved into one of the country's premier touring acts. Critics have hailed Dizgo as “one of the most operative names in the jam band scene” and “Indiana’s psychedelic powerhouse.” Their music blends the adventurous spirit of jamtronica with funk, soul, explosive guitar, and psychedelic rock textures.

Dizgo’s live shows are immersive journeys, combining dance parties with mind trips. Their performances feature soulful vocals, analog synths, and intricate compositions, creating a dance floor where heads and hearts move in harmony.

With standout sets at festivals like Peach Music Festival, Summer Camp, and Sonic Bloom, Dizgo has shared the stage with acts such as Goose, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.
