Emotions, Hormones & Health: How Your Body and Mind Are Connected is a free doctor-led wellness awareness session by UniCare Medical Centre, taking place at B-Hub, 3rd Floor, BurJuman Mall, Dubai.
This event is designed to help the community better understand how everyday stress, emotional wellbeing, hormones, lifestyle habits, brain health, and anxiety can affect overall health.
