Imagine the classic Swedish knäckebröd, a comfort food that has graced tables across Sweden for centuries. Now picture it paired with avial—a Kerala delight featuring slow-cooked vegetables steeped in aromatic coconut and curry leaf. Adding to this experience, we’ll serve coconut chutney flavored with green chili, ginger, and mustard seeds, alongside jewel-like pomegranate seeds for a surprising burst of flavor.
