Free Chair Movement Series

✨ Join us every third Monday of the month for a rejuvenating Chair Movement Workshop at HCA Florida West Marion! We're excited to collaborate with Arts in Health Ocala Metro and HCA Florida Healthcare to introduce this series tailored for cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors. This workshop offers a tranquil and accessible way to reconnect with your body.

Each session includes light stretching, guided breathing, and simple mindfulness practices designed to:

• Reduce tension
• Improve mobility
• Promote relaxation

No prior experience necessary!
