Discover the tranquillity and mindfulness of traditional Tai Chi at this wonderful free weekly session held at Lewisham School, located within the Zhulin Hidden Village at 100–104 Lewisham High Street, SE13 5JH.

Through gentle, flowing movements, participants can work on improving their flexibility, balance, and inner peace. Whether you're young or old, a complete beginner or simply looking to reconnect with mindful movement, this class is designed to be accessible and welcoming to all ages and fitness levels.
