Brian, a seasoned Captain with over 15 years of experience fishing Lake Michigan, will share insights on what to expect during one of his charters. He'll also reveal some key strategies for successfully targeting salmon and trout on the expansive lake.

We're thrilled to welcome Chef Joe Bonavita Jr. (@chefintothewild), who will be preparing some spectacular salmon dishes! 🐟 Drawing from his background with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and renowned venues in South Florida, Chef Joe now calls Colorado home. He merges fine-dining techniques with wild game culinary arts, creating memorable field-to-table experiences while educating others about the bond between food, nature, and craftsmanship.
