Full Moon Women's Breathwork

This is a monthly Breathwork class for women in alignment with the Full Moon. Full Moons are potent times to do healing work. Experience the healing power of coming into circle with like-hearted sisters and engaging in breath practices to heal and uplift. Each session will have a particular energetic focus inspired by the energy of that moment’s Moon. Please bring a journal/paper and pen.
