Few artists have captured the spirit of the UK underground in recent years quite like Ghoulish. Blurring the lines between genres with ease, his sound carries a slick, left-of-centre edge that has quickly set him apart. Still early in his journey, he has already won the support of heavyweights including Skream and Seth Troxler, both of whom have featured him on their fabric lineups—with Skream further championing his talent by releasing Ghoulish’s debut EP on his IFEEL imprint.

Drawing from the raw swing of UK Garage, the hypnotic pulse of ’90s Tech House, and the weight of Dubstep and Breaks, Ghoulish delivers a rich and unpredictable palette across both his productions and DJ sets. His forward-thinking approach has earned him recognition from Mixmag and UKF as a “one to watch,” while standout tracks like Hold Tight and Arc Flash—the latter premiered via DJ Mag—have cemented him as a rising force where genres collide and boundaries dissolve.

Under the moniker Ghoulish, Adam Harper thrives in the in-between: channeling the swing and shuffle of UK Garage, raw energy of ’90s Tech House and the percussive punch of Breaks into a sound that feels both familiar and future-facing. He’s steadily carving out his own lane with releases across influential platforms including The Warehouse Project Records, ec2a, Seth Troxler’s Slacker85 imprint, Left, Right & Centre, 1Forty, and Skream’s IFEEL label. Alongside a Rinse FM residency and a podcast mix recorded for fabric, Ghoulish continues to push forward—hard to pin down, but impossible to ignore.
