Girls Future Ready Yoga With Zofia Brzezinska

Take a well-deserved break this weekend and join a vibrant community of ambitious young women in the heart of Warsaw! 🌟 This yoga session is designed to help you relax, connect, and leave feeling inspired! ✨

We will meet at Omni Fitness & Spa! Please arrive 15 minutes early to change and get ready. Changing rooms and lockers will be provided. Wear your most comfortable workout clothes and don’t forget to bring a bottle of water! 💧

To secure your spot, registration costs between 15 PLN and 150 PLN, based on what you feel is appropriate. The choice is yours! 🙌

This event is exclusively for young women under 25 years old from Central Eastern Europe.

About the Mentor:

Zosia Brzezinska is a wellness leader and founder of Namaste With Sophie, an online yoga school. With a passion for mindfulness and well-being, Zosia started her journey in wellness at a young age. Currently studying at Yale University to enhance her skills in wellness coaching, she integrates her yoga background to help others discover their inner strength and balance. 🧘‍♀️
