🌌 Join us for a profound healing journey!
✨ Experience Grof® Breathwork, a unique and powerful method of self-exploration and psychotherapy, facilitated in English. Developed by Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof, this approach blends contemporary consciousness research with timeless wisdom traditions.
💨 Using a combination of accelerated breathing, evocative music, and bodywork, you'll enter deep, transformative states of consciousness, activating your inner healing capacity on physical, psychological, and spiritual levels.
🤝 In our group sessions, participants will work in pairs, alternating between the roles of “breather” and “sitter,” under the supervision of trained facilitators who are there to guide you throughout the experience. Each session lasts about 3 hours, allowing for deep exploration and integration.
