Augustin Chan

Augustin Chan is the CTO and founder of Digital Rain Technologies, where he builds systems that reason — across culture, operations, and enterprise governance. Enterprise architecture background at Informatica and Dun & Bradstreet, leading Fortune 500 customers in a global role with an APAC focus.

His current projects include ARA-Eval (open-source framework for determining where enterprises can safely deploy autonomous AI agents, built for Hong Kong financial services regulation), Ridgeline (expedition provisioning software for Outward Bound Hong Kong), and Six Lines (iOS app teaching the I-Ching as literature and philosophy). He co-hosts the Hong Kong AI Podcast covering AI builders in the Greater Bay Area. B.S. Cognitive Science (Computation), UC San Diego.
