
Join us for an inspiring journey through the Spring Sessions, where mind and body unite! Our classes offer a harmonious blend of mobility, strength, breathwork, and deep relaxation practices. We incorporate elements of Yoga, Qigong, and somatic practices infused with dance, playfulness, and creativity.
What do we need to blossom?
Explore what hinders us from awakening our true potential, both mentally and physically. In this session, we'll use dance and play to cultivate safety and confidence, combined with exercises rooted in pendulation techniques that instill mental resilience and a robust body.
