Homebuyer Education Workshops (IN PERSON)

Are you prepared to start your homeownership adventure? Join us for our FREE Homebuyer Education Workshop and gain insights into the homeownership process! This interactive five-hour session is designed to help you fulfill the WA State Housing Finance Commission's educational requirements for down payment assistance and various affordable housing programs available for qualified applicants.

🤝 Learn about the essential criteria that include completing a Homebuyers Education Seminar that meets the benchmarks set by FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and SMBA standards.

🎓 At the end of the workshop, you'll receive a certificate of achievement from the WA State Housing Finance Commission and DFI, valid for two years from the issue date!

To secure your spot in our upcoming workshop, please complete and submit the registration form at least 24 hours before your desired workshop date. After submitting the form, check your email for a digital confirmation and additional vital information from a ULMS Housing Department staff member.
