Rush is woven into the rich tapestry of queer nightlife, with a lineage that connects to legendary figures like David DePino (Paradise Garage), Eddie X, and Junior Vasquez (Sound Factory).

Emerging from the underground scenes of LA and New York, Rush has collaborated with a stellar lineup of artists, including Kaytranada, Honey Dijon, Rochelle Jordan, SZA, and Doja Cat—notably earning a Grammy nomination for his contributions to Kaytranada’s Timeless.

His recent feature on “Okay Daddy” from Honey Dijon’s upcoming album The Night Life, along with opening for Beyoncé on the Renaissance World Tour, solidifies his status in the electronic music scene. Rush is celebrated for his immersive sets that seamlessly blend ballroom culture, club history, and innovative queer electronic music.
