Class Description: Join us for a gentle, non-invasive healing experience in this 20-minute lunch-hour Reiki session. Jacqueline, initiated into Mrs. Takata-style Reiki by New York-based Reiki Master Pamela Miles, offers a form of vibrational medicine that flows through her as the practitioner. Expect a deeply relaxing experience, akin to a spa-like meditation. Initially, Jacqueline will hold your head, face, and throat area, then her hands will remain just above your body for the rest of the session. For maximum relaxation, you can lie on your back or choose to sit upright in a chair.

Teacher Bio: Jacqueline Delibes is a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, Reiki healer, and healthcare writer for an academic medical center. Her work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and delivered with gratitude and sincerity.
