Jazz On The Roof: Jamie Marshall Trio

A Prague-based multi-genre band with blues roots, centered around English singer-songwriter and guitarist Jamie Marshall. The band stands out for its rich repertoire of original and cover songs, as well as its distinctive arranging skills. Jamie is accompanied by experienced musicians who are prominent figures on the Czech music scene. The overall sound is further enriched by the solo vocals of Svatka Hlávková Štěpánková. Jamie Marshall performs regularly at clubs and festivals both domestically and across Europe. In 2014, the debut six-song album Jamie Marshall’s Amplified Acoustic Band was released, which consists partly of original material. The band offers listeners an extraordinary experience, primarily thanks to Jamie’s charismatic and distinctive vocals, excellent instrumentation, and the musicians’ spontaneous performance.
