July Decelerator at Rancho San Gregorio: Hosted by Founders Guild

Join us for another Decelerator at Rancho San Gregorio, a quick one hour drive from SF or the South Bay, and near the cooling ocean for a break from the summer heat.
The theme of this Decelerator aligns with the first two goals of Founders Guild: Mental and Physical health. In additional to our ritual hike through the redwoods and Eva's yoga classes, we are preparing the barn for line-dancing classes, pottery making, and painting.
We are also shooting for a proper ranch style BBQ in the evening - bring your favorite meats and enjoy your meal around the campfire!

If you are joining us for dinner it's potluck, so bring a main dish or dessert

During the day Saturday

or Stay over Saturday night (group tents provided or bring your own)
Rancho San Gregorio is a unique blend of working ranch (since 1839!) with a touch of Silicon Valley: we are creating low cost agricultural robots to help small farms grow healthy food sustainably.
On July 11th we are again opening our doors for a weekend of play:
Enjoy live music around a campfire.
Camp under the stars.
Join us for our Sunday morning run on the beach.
Celebrate the end of a full day watching a sunset from our hilltop. 🍷
Learn Yoga and line-dancing.
Create your own pottery.
Mini-cow snuggles.
Dance in the redwoods.

10:30am Welcome Circle and Farm Overview
11:00-1:00pm Hike the ranch plus reflection and gratitude circle in redwoods
1:00-2:00pm Picnic lunch (bring your own + something to share)
2:00-3:00 Pottery and Painting
3:30-4:45 Yoga (location TBD... redwood grove, barn, hilltop)
5:40-6:30 Line-dancing class
7:45ish Hike to hilltop to watch sunset (fog permitting)
9:15ish Campfire and potluck dinner
10:00 "Letting go" ceremony (say good-bye to something weighing you down)
And then... Music by the campfire and dancing in the barn!

7:30-9:00am Drop-in Breakfast: coffee, eggs, bagels
9:30am Head to beach for walk/run
11:30 Back at ranch, wrap up...
