Lace up for a laid-back shakeout run in collaboration with Friendly Fish — the perfect warm-up the evening before the Berlin Frauenlauf! 🏃‍♀️✨

This is a relaxed, social outing designed to get your legs moving, shake off any pre-race nerves, and soak up some great company before the big day.

🏃‍♀️ What to Expect

• Distance: ~4–5 km at an easy pace — all speeds welcome!
• Start & Finish: Friendly Fish
• Everyone who returns from the run receives one free sushi roll, generously sponsored by Friendly Fish 🍣
• After the run, those who want to keep the good vibes going are invited to stroll over to nearby Monbijou Park to stretch, hang out, and enjoy the evening together 🌿
