Legato Memory Café

Join us at the Legato Memory Café — a welcoming gathering for individuals experiencing dementia or other cognitive changes, alongside their care partners and loved ones. This monthly event aims to foster connection and support through social engagement and light refreshments.

📅 Event Overview:

• Location: Allesee Hall, The Max M. & Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center
• Refreshments & Social Time: 10:30 - 11:00 AM
• Activity/Craft: 11:00 AM - Noon
  • February's Activity: Join board-certified music therapist Dr. Jody Conradi Stark on February 17th for a music-filled session! Engage in music listening, active music making with hand-held instruments, gentle movement, and sing familiar songs that evoke memories and emotions.
  • March's Activity: Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with us on March 17! Enjoy a sing-along with live Irish music and partake in a few rounds of LUCKY Bingo!

• Enjoy storytelling, music, movement, visual art, and more, fostering joy and reducing stigma.

Although participation is free, registration is encouraged. Parking and arrival details will be sent to registered participants 48 hours prior to the event.
