📍 Location: Join us outdoors at Merrion Square Park, specifically near the picnic tables in the center of the park.

🤝 About the Event: Each session features a new topic and includes a variety of interactive exercises. Engage in a creative way to express yourselves while connecting with others about their thoughts and feelings. Our aim is to foster a supportive and safe environment where everyone can share openly about their lives.

🔒 Often, we hesitate to discuss our struggles due to fear of judgment, which can lead to feelings of isolation or shame. Let’s break that barrier together!

💬 Confidentiality: Anything shared during the session remains confidential and is not to be disclosed outside the group.

💵 Admission Fee: €5 to cover costs (payable via Revolut, Cash, or Paypal after the event).

🕒 Timing: We will start at 19:30 and finish by 21:00. Please arrive on time to respect other attendees.

🪑 Note: For some exercises, we'll be sitting on the ground, so don't forget to bring a picnic mat or something comfortable to sit on!
