Join us for a heartfelt celebration at Old Lumpy's Farewell BBQ! After an incredible 16 years at Core Strength Fitness and a lifetime in the fight game, it’s time to bid farewell to one of the Sunshine Coast’s true legends, Shane “Lumpy”.

Throughout his journey, Shane has touched the lives of many in the combat sports community: from helping fighters, to selling equipment, refereeing bouts, and cornering competitors. Let’s gather to honor his contributions, share stories, and enjoy each other's company as we send him off on his next adventure!
